We are pleased to kick off this year’s Female Career Days “The Future of Science is Diverse” with an opening lecture by Professor Ute Seeland, University of Magdeburg, Professor of Gender Medicine and head of University Outpatient Clinic of Gender- and Sex-specific Medicine and Prevention; President of the German Society of Gender Medicine (DGesGM).
The Female Career Days 2025 provide a platform to discuss topics such as equality, diversity, and balancing career and family life. During the event, we will address the challenges and opportunities faced by women in science.
