We are happy to inform you that the Brainhack Magdeburg 2024 will take place on March 18-19, 2024 (Ebbinghaus Room, Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology). Registration is required.
The Brainhack is an opportunity to learn how to analyze block-design fMRI, neuronal recording,or protein expression. Participants will choose one of the three datasets and work on the analyses in a team-based, collaborative environment during the two days. At the end of the event, each group will present the results of their work and will discuss challenges and possible solutions.
The event is open to all levels of expertise! Participants will work in teams and also get help from the more experienced peers. Soon before the event, our organizers will also provide a step-by-step tutorial on what do download and install to be ready for the event.
They will also have the opportunity to learn about the basics of fMRI data analysis and real-time detection of hippocampal replay patterns for closed-loop experiments, attending the talks by Gabriel Ziegler and Davide Ciliberti.
